Hi Alexander, we would like to briefly introduce ourselves as BLUE SUN Energy Service. We work closely with our sister company BlueRay Services and manage large-scale PV plants across Germany. I have attached a short company overview for you. We have reviewed both projects, Tannenschonung and Dosse, and we are very interested in a potential cooperation. The location is a good fit for us, as we operate a service hub in this area from which both sites are easily reachable (approx. 45 minutes). Attached you will find the pricing and service information as a basis for discussion. The setup is intentionally standardized at this stage, but we can adjust all components – e.g. monitoring, reporting, inspection intervals, or MS/DGUV options – according to your requirements. A timely takeover of the sites would be possible from our side. If you like, we can arrange a meeting to go through all points you need. Best regards, Benjamin Statnik

Hi Benjamin, thank you again for the nice and informative call earlier! As discussed, we would like to adapt your offer as follows: Limit yearly inspection of the substructure to 5% On demand fee for weekends: 250 € We see that our scopes mostly align now but could you kindly use our attached Excel file to mark points that you would deem out of scope and that would be invoiced as an additional service? That would help us to finally align our scopes more efficiently. As discussed, vegetation management is already handled separately, so we do not have to look at that anymore. On the base of that we would like to receive a revised offer showing an overview over all points that are covered under your yearly fee. Having this offer as a portfolio price for Tannenschonung and Dosse would be of interest for us aswell. Thank you in advance and best regards, Alexander

Hi Alexander, thank you for the constructive exchange. As agreed, we have completed a detailed evaluation of your O&M scope and compared it with our own service setup. We have now clearly identified: which items are included in our yearly fee, which items would be additional services, and which points fall outside the scope entirely. For transparency, we have attached the full comparison table. Based on this alignment, we have also updated both offers for Tannenschonung and Dosse accordingly: Price adjustment We have reduced the price by 0.15 €/kWp, as discussed. Structural inspection reduction Your Excel template only allows 25 %, but in our system we have implemented and priced the agreed 5 % substructure inspection. The updated PDFs reflect the correct pricing logic. Portfolio discount If both sites (Tannenschonung and Dosse) are awarded together, we can offer an additional 10 % discount per site on the yearly O&M fee. The two revised offers are attached and include all discussed updates: - PVA Tannenschonung – Price Information Nr. 741 - PVA Dosse – Price Information Nr. 740 - Aligned O&M Scope (Included / Additional / Excluded) If anything needs further clarification or if you would like to add something just let us know. Looking forward to your feedback. Best regards, Benjamin

Am 25.11.2025 um 09:54 schrieb Alexander Paul <alexander.paul@chintsolar.com>: Hi Benjamin, thank you very much for your revised offer and the comparison of scopes! After our evaluation, could you please also add the open points H, I (both interval of two years) and R? Would this have a noticeable impact on the pricing? H – Monitoring System I – meteorological System R – CCTV (here it would be good to have at least a visual inspection included if needed) Furthermore, I have attached our O&M contract template. Could you please review it internally and let us know whether it would be acceptable for you? If needed, we would be happy to arrange a call with one of our legal colleagues aswell. Looking forward to your feedback. Best regards, Alex

Hi Alex, thank you for your feedback and for sharing the additional documents. We have reviewed the remaining scope items as well as your O&M contract draft internally. Below you will find our consolidated response in two parts. Our intention is simply to share our view so that we can establish a clear and well-functioning basis together. 1) Scope alignment – additions H, I and R We can fully include the requested items H, I and R in our O&M scope without any adjustment to the annual fee. This covers: monitoring system (two-year interval checks) meteorological system (visual and functional checks) CCTV (visual inspection) The only exception concerns I10–I12 (sensor mounting, replacement, repair). These tasks vary significantly depending on the fault pattern and required materials, so we would handle them — as briefly discussed — on a quoted, effort-based basis. Regarding warranty processes, we can take over the operational handling. For us, it is important that decisions around replacements and communication with the manufacturer happen in close coordination, so that both sides have the same understanding and material or cost approvals are clear. With these points included, the scope is fully aligned from our side. 2) Comments on your contract draft We also reviewed your O&M contract template carefully and would like to share a few points: a) Power of attorney (Section 1.3) The authorization is fine for us in principle. We only need to ensure that it clearly refers to technical actions and not to legally or commercially binding decisions. With that clarification, we can work without any issues. b) Availability & LDs (Section 4.1 / 4.3) As mentioned in our video call, the availability targets are achievable. For us, the key point is simply that LDs are applied proportionally and not in situations that we cannot influence (access limitations, weather, grid topics, module issues, etc.). With a clear wording here, this point is moving in the right direction. c) Reaction times (Section 3.1c / Annex 4.1c) The reaction times are no problem for us. We only need a short clarification that they apply under the condition that the site is safely accessible and we can comply with HSE requirements. In other words, safety, accessibility, and weather conditions must not contradict the reaction time requirements. d) Warranty process & spare parts (Section 3.6 / 3.7) We understand that operational handling lies largely with us. That is workable, as long as warranty decisions, replacements and material are synchronised in advance, so responsibilities and approvals are clear. With coordinated communication, this part can work very well. e) Meteorological sensors – repairs (I10–I12) As mentioned above: inspections are included, repairs/replacements remain quotation-based. Final note From our perspective, all open points can be resolved easily. Our goal is simply to create a clear, stable and well-functioning contractual basis for both sides. We are happy to go through any of these items together if you prefer. We look forward to your feedback. Best regards, Benjamin — BlueSun Energy Service GmbH Jahnstraße 15 94342 Straßkirchen

Hi Alex, thank you very much for your message and for sending over the final contract version. I was genuinely happy when we received it, it had only remained marked as unread on my side because the past days were quite full and I wasn’t in the office continuously. That is the only reason for my delayed reply. We have reviewed the document once more and everything is perfectly fine from our side. Thank you for the trust and the smooth cooperation throughout this process, we are very much looking forward to working together and are excited that things can now officially move forward. Attached you will find the contract with our bank details added. Please let me know if you need anything further. Best regards, Benjamin
